Remember the previous Givenchy fall campaign 2011? Fashion gurus Carine Roitfeld and Panos Yiapanis then shook hands on the styling issues unleashing the wild animalistic essence of the collection. This time around, madame Carine plays the dress up solo, although at first glance you can easily trip on the thought that Panos has left his signature out there.
Here is what Ricardo Tisci, designer of Givenchy said about the campaign: “It is about happiness and the freedom of expressing yourself with your body. It shows a dynamic, happy and fun world, which is what fashion needs”. Model Stella Tennant, who features in the images is a choice Tisci approved because “Stella represents modernity, elegance, masculinity and femininity at the same time, together with a dynamic, energetic beauty.”
